    Obfuscare means "to darken" in Latin, so to obfuscate is to make something confusing or hidden.

    Reconditus means "hidden" or "secret" in Latin. Recondite is close in meaning to abstruse and obscure.

    Vagus means "uncertain" in Latin. Something that is vague lacks detail and is not clear.
