Something that's unlisted hasn't been recorded or registered, often because it's private. If you have an unlisted phone number, it doesn't show up in the phone book or in online searches.

You might keep careful notes on all the books you've read, but there are still bound to be some that are unlisted, not featured on any of those lists you've compiled. And any collectables your grandpa hasn't yet added to his online shop are also unlisted.
