dubiously

/ˈdubiəsli/
IPA guide

If you're dubiously watching the results of the election, you've got some serious doubts — maybe you think somebody stuffed the ballot box or the counting isn't fair or accurate.

Not only does dubiously mean "doubtfully," but it also means "questionably." So if you're dubiously watching those election results, you might just be feeling doubtful, but it may very well be that the people in charge of the election are handling it dubiously.
